good afternoon after a claim of a MVA I was assigned a claims handler Frans Jacob so after an interview with my son a telephone interview with myself he tells me 3 weeks later his still not convinced I'm the regular driver …. seems that his own conclusion having claimed to interview outsiders (which we still have no mention of) ...providing him with every possible document he can ask for now.... he's not yet CONVINCED so after a call today he informs me that he has been in contact with son via email (still no proof which he claims he has) i call my son only to find Frans never spoke to him via email FRANS also promised to resolve my claim which was submitted on the 18-09-2022 by no later then 05-10-2022. after asking for his manager i get put on hold for 35min as till now no response. After today I was told he has no grounds or proof but is just delaying the process. I was told its a 14 day process from the beginning to end. The SALES pitch to move to them from KYLE was so convincing now with a conclusion (FROM THE SO CALLED MUSKETER FRANS JACOBS ) ALL I GET TOLD IS I AM NOT YET CONVINVED YOU THE REGULAR DRIVER …..PLEASE IS THIS GOING TO BE FINALIZED WHEN YOU ARE CONVINCED. ASKED FOR MANAGER STILL WAITING WAITING FOR FRANS TO CONVINCE HIMSELF CANT WAIT ANYMORE I HAVE BEEN MORE THEN PATIENT AS FOR BEING CONSTANTLY **** TO THATS NOT ON WE PAY OUR PREMUIM ONTIME OUR CLAIMS SHOULD THE SAME WAY
