King price playing games

On the 1st of July 2020, I was involved in an accident and I immediately reported the accident, and the car was towed to the storage after they authorized the towing company. I reported the accident and an Accident Report was done on the day at Nearest Police Station. On the 6th I took pictures of the accident report and emailed the to claims. On the 7th July 2020, an assessor went to the storage yard and determined the repair price I was assigned an investigator Elmarie Boshoff. I sent the report again. The investigator called and told me that they are finalizing the claim. The following week she told me that she will give my claim urgent attention of which the previous week they were finalizing the claim. They fabricated reports stating that I had insurances, only to find that this is my first car. And those insurances belonged to my wife. I sent them my wife's insurance contracts and cancellations.

Now the investigator treats me like an ******** fool, she has now referred the claim to her manager because of the claim value which was known on the 7th of July 2020. Now they want the irrelevant document from my wife's insurance which I never had a contract with. King price is my first insurance and they are busy delaying, playing games trying to find loop wholes not repair my car. They are deceiving and treat their customers like beggars, not kings. They even said my wife's car is written off while she drives it daily.

I am referring this matter to Ombudsman.
