King price payment issues

My dad had an accident on the 18th of February 2024. I assisted my dad with lodging his claim with king price. His vehicle was written off and my dad took the buy back option. The total amount payable to client was processed for the week of of the 4th of March 2024. I gave them a call today and asked why this payout did not happen. I was told it was an issue with the financial department and that the payment was request again and payment should take place within this week. I told the lady i will not accept it and that they should schedule an immediate payment. I request to be put through to them and was told they don't have direct contact numbers. I then requested that they phone me within 10min. Which also did not happen. I'll have my dad cancel all his policies within this week still.
