King price Pay back my money

King price took my money after I cancelled the policy on the 3rd of July 2026. A cancellation letter was issued which is dated 3 July 2026 but king price still took my money despite there being no contract between me and them. It appears that they are not willing to payment despite me being in possession of a cancellation letter dated 3 July 2026.
