KING PRICE PATHETIC SERVICES

I am sadly disappointed in the service received from King Price.... i have phoned them 3 times, spoke to a consultant every time who advise me that they'd put me through to retention's department and on all 3 times never got to speak to anyone further to deal with my inquiry ....instead just held on for nothing under 15, 20 minutes. only to be told by every consultant someone will call me back which up until now NOONE had the decency to call me back. this is pathetic service. I would LOVE nothing better to cancel but noone gets back to me, is this their way of holding onto clients against their will as they dont bother to do their jobs.
