King price Pathetic service delay on my vehicle repair

I am receiving pathetic service from King Price,one month down the line and repairs never start on my vehicle because King Price haven't delivered parts to ARC Northcliffe Panel beater.I was advised by King price that they can only extend my car hire 10 days but they caused the delay for a month.I am going to take them to the ombudsman Waiting one month for a repair that can take ten days
