King Price PATHETIC service

My wife had an incident on the 16th July 2018. On the 18th July 2018, King Price tells us that the vehicle is now with Black Diamond Panel Beaters. We call Black Diamond the next day and find out the vehicle is NOT there and we were **** to. We actually should have called the police and told them that the Vehicle is ******. We thought it was. Thereafter, communication DIES. We have to start calling Black Diamond ourselves even though King Price PROMISED to keep us updated DAILY. On the 8th August 2018 Black Diamond said that's when they recieved the parts. Today, it is the 17th August 2018, exactly ONE MONTH later, we are told that King Price sent the wrong parts. You preach how great and royal you are to us mere peasants, what greatness is this ? My wife and I are one car down for an entire MONTH and they have the wrong damn parts. LET these people buy the right parts themselves, fix the car and release it! And if ANY blame is on the Panel Beater instead of you, then this is a KING PRICE APPROVED panel beater. YOU are the fools who chose them. Just sort my wife's car out PLEASE.
