King Price OR King Lies
Drove to Durban and my car broke down on my way back. Called the KP Roadside Assist and i was told i'd have to pay R10 000 to get the car back to JHB but that's not what i was sold. The agent that signed me up informed me that i will get my vehicle towed back to my location of choice from anywhere within SA but when that time came i got *****ed. The car is now left behind in Durban as they only cover 60km when towing. Now my question to you King Price is why did you lie to me to get my business?

As a mechanical breakdown is not an insured peril we assist our clients as a courtesy to tow the vehicle to the nearest repairer, this type of tow is limited to a certain kilometer radius. Any kilometers over the limited amount would be for the clients account.
