King Price Not So Royal Service.

To cut a long story short i had an accident my car was taken to King Prices yard for the assessment. I get a call from the assessor to say the car has been assessed he asks where do i stay i say Tarlton and which panel beater do i want the car to go to i say Randfontein Panel beaters he says well he's sending it to Flora Auto Clinic so i say so then why did you ask me if you have already decided where you are going to send it. Now i don't know if this is King Price or if the assessor is just contracted to them but when i called King Price to ask them to intercede on my behalf they were not very helpful and forthcoming in helping me with this issue.
