King Price not so Royal

I have been with King Price and had an accident on the 15th of October, we did call them on the spot using the person who bumped me's phone and He confirmed that My Insurance should claim through his Insurance SANTAM. On the spot, My so called Insurance King Price authorized Towing and the following day Courtesy Car although few days later on the 22nd of October the rejected my claim. I feel mislead by King Price because if they had a problem with my policy, they were supposed to reject my concern on the spot, they even failed to help me even when the SANTAM client made it clear that my so called Insurance should claim through His Insurance...May King Price represent our interest not give excuses of not helping as their client. It's been two months and King Price has not done anything to help me but they claim we are their so called royal cleints.
