King Price not settling claims

Was involved in an accident on 24 March 2021, Claimed from King price on 25 March 2021.

Till today I haven't received any assistance from the insurance regarding the claim and now it's been 57 days and the only messages I am receiving are automated messages stating that they are still working on my claim. Worse I receive an message at 05H48 in the morning. Been using car rental since then.

I'd really appreciate any assistance I could get to help solve the issue I have with King price insurance, I wasn't working in January till Mid February and I've been paying the insurance even when unemployed, but now when I need them the most there's no assistance from them. Would appreciate if anyone can assist me regarding this matter. Be lawyer, media anyone. I've used Budget insurance before and they were exceptional in dealing with claims. I advice people to stay away from King Price insurance.
