King Price not recommended

I received an sms opting to do a free quote. Wow, after a few minutes of replying I received a call from the sales consultant. I went through everything, gave banking details and said I will start cover on 1 March. Our own insurance gave me a better quote and I have notified King Price via email last week that we will not be a activating our policy with them. 1 March came and a full premium was deducted and even other debit orders returned due to insufficient funds. I have requested via email, chat to be phoned back and I tried to call but only to find the options repeating. It is bad that you only find this out afterwards and I will definitely not recommend King Price to anyone.
