King Price Not Honest
After joining King Price two months ago I decided to enquire on the possible reduction in my premium if I added a Tracking device. I spoke to their Customer Care Mohamed who checked for me and advised afterwards that it was an actual requirement for my vehicle to have a tracking device as it is a VW citi Golf. This was never part of the discussion when the policy was sold to me. Mohamed then advised me that he needs to have the call investigated and will contact me back with feedback. Two weeks after speaking to him this never happened. No Feedback! As per the call recording it was never advised as a requirement for me to have a tracking device installed. I contacted King Price today 20/08/15 and was advised by Mohamed that he indeed received feedback from another department regarding my query but he never called me back and that I have 30 days to add the tracker or have no cover. I spoke to one of the supervisors Shirley who was not very helpful and just threw policies and requirements at me as if this was my mistake! I would have never accepted the offer from King Price to join if I knew of this tracker requirement. Now my car is \high risk"and I now need to pay for tracker?"""

The fact remains that in terms of the agreement between yourself and king price you can make changes to your policy at any time with immediate effect and King price can also do this but with 30 days notice. Our underwriting criteria requires a tracking device be installed for theft and hijack cover. We have given you 30 days notice of the requirement and will unfortunately not be able to provide you with said cover until the device has been installed.
