King price not fair on claim

I was involved in an accident on 29July 2015 at about 20 00 at night on the N17 heading towards Germiston. The to-truck driver was 1st on the scene and then the ambulance. As I got into the ambulance my girlfriend arrived she then asked the tow-truck driver does he have authorisation to tow my car and he said yes (he also said yes to my father 3times over the phone. Never once during that was I asked for a blood sample or to take a breath test but my application was declined due to drinking and driving. How does that work?? The next I went with a friend to the police station to report the accident that is when the police told me I can't because I didn't have the other vehicle details. I phoned the insurance and explained what happened spoke to a girl name Beverly. The next day a guy by the name of Frans called me to setup an interview told him what happened at the police station and he was very rude and told me I must go to police station. Then the interview took place and not all my witness was spoken to again how does that work?? A side has more than one side of a story. My case was not handled fairly and I will take the matter up further and will not recommend King price to anyo
