King Price not cheap for nothing!!!
<p>I saved my bakkie from burning out completely by towing it away by another 4x4. My bakkie was "in gear" and got pulled away from my house which was set on fire by lightning, because the bakkie's key was in the burning house. My bakkie's diff got injured because of this (as per Toyota's Service Manager)</p> <p>My claim was rejected for repairing the diff because King Price told me that their accessors say that it was "wear and tear"</p> <p>King Price might be cheap ....but now I know why!!! They don't pay out a legit claim!!</p> <p>I will stop my insurance from King Price (obviously) and so is my wife, my son and my best friend. I will also Whatt's up all my friends with this news. I might put it on Facebook too!!!</p>
Today I have received a formal e-mail from King Price.
There is now a 2nd reason for turning down my claim (apart from the verbally given reason "Wear and tear"):
I repaired my bakkie before King Price gave authorization!! It's a mere R21 000.00 repair. lol!
What a reason to dig for to turn down a claim!!!! It's appears to be like "looking for a reason to decline the claim in stead of looking for a reason to approve the claim" eg. The customer pulled his bakkie away from the fire to minimise the loss/prevent damage at all"
Disgusting to say the least.

ombudsman. The letter states:
"Please note that the reasons for the rejection of your claim may not be exhaustive". If Iread this correctly, it means that King Price might come up with more reason for the rejection? Why not stating all the reason at once?
Could you please answer this for us King Price?"
