King Price not as loyal as they seem

I am insured with King Price who dealt with my claim regarding a cracked windscreen, and was referred by them to go to PG Glass.

On several occasions have I now submitted to them complaints via email regarding the claim but they chose to ignore all my emails. Even after I informed them that maybe I should change insurance companies. That they also ignored.

So first thing on Monday morning I will be doing some insurance hunting as I have been a loyal client, but I am not getting that loyalty back from them.

So if anybody is in the insurance industry see this message, and can offer me a better deal than what I am currently getting, please reply with your contact details.
