King price not a good insurance

in 2022 December 31st my car was involved in an accident and damaged on the left rear side where it has my tour bar control button and plug,the claim was approved and vehicle was taken to vereeniging auto magic of which i received my vehicle around end of Jan or beginning of february 2023,then when i wanted tour a trailer the button was not working for my tourbar and my car was not aligned properly i then contacted the dealer and they said they will come back to me up until i took the matter with the insurence,then the insurence intervened without asking me to bring a vehicle for assessment, guess what the panela beater took my vehicle to dealership for diagnosis dare can you diagnose a vehicle for panel alignment and i had to pay R1500.00 from my pocket and king price didnt bother to help me,right now im sitting with the vehicle that is not aligned inside and outside just because of this nonsensical service from king price,i wont recommend anyone to use king price it mislead its own customers.
