King Price No response to claim

<p>The impression that i got from these guys in the beginning was good.</p> <p>It seems i was horribly wrong!</p> <p>If an insurance company cant handle a claim correctly what is the use of putting your trust in them?</p> <p>Something as simple as a Samsung S5 cracked screen that King Price were insistant that they wanted to have the screen repaired, I got the phone back and immediatly it started playing up and eventually the screen blnked out. I gave them the benefit of the doubt at first by having the screen replaced this time round i insisted that i would like the phone replaced (i thought this was fair considering the inconvenience up to now let alone the inconvenience of a phone not functioning proprly in the future)</p> <p>They came to collect it 2 MONTHS AGO!!!??? i called them about a month ago and expressed my frustration...i havnt heard from them since and am still without a phone!</p> <p>Is this the kind of Insurance you want guys????</p> <p>Thank goodness its not my car or my fridge that might have been ******.</p> <p>#disgusting </p> <p> </p>
