King Price nightmare

I have been with King Price for over a year, and during my 11 month I called to cancel because another insurance company offered me a lower premium. I called King Price and asked them to reduce my premium because I didn't want to leave. I was told by a manager that my premium would be lowered once I get to 12 months. After the 12 months, I called to negotiate and was told that I DO NOT QUALIFY for a premium reduction. WOW! I am so livid. Why would they lie? I regret moving to King Price. This is an utterly unfair practice. So disappointed! I won't recruit anyone to join this King Price.
