King price never delivered

I won't personally recommend King price to anyone I know you guys asked us to pay our own tow fees after an accident as if you will reimburse us the police gave instructions for our car to be moved because it was blocking traffic you guys further denied to pay because we didn't call king price to come collect the car but problem is the tower that towed the car king price usually use him and there's zonal working system between towers. King price was going to call one of the four towers in the area the car was involved in an accident to collect the car anyway. You can't just send any tower there is a jurisdiction towers work with after that the tower you assigned couldn't even get to the car he organised the tower we used to tow our car and meet him halfway. You guys than sent in your musketeer which is basically a loss adjuster. That person is hired to find reasons not to pay the claim Nicky Clark almost gave my Parents a heart attack she came to our house wanting details like two friends which know we have a car questions that were never asked when we first signed up and the worse part you guys wanted consent so that you can access cctv footage at first I thought your musketeer had gone to the accident scene and there was a camera and you needed our permission to get the footage but she wanted footage from where we stay without even going to the accident scene ever. You put our family thru a difficult time where we where victims of our vehicle being ****** we gave you all the details from our tracking company to even the person who stole the vehicle gave us his affidavit clearly stating he stole the car you kept us in the dark for almost a month just to let us know you won't pay the claim because we denied to sign consent form which is never mentioned in the policy and there was never news about a consent form being a factor its really sad that after paying so much for so long king price had nothing they can help us with now we have to further pay to go collect our vehicle from one of your inspection centre's which your tower tow our vehicle too I'm asking myself do all clients go thru such horrible experiences or maybe it was just our bad luck but that doesn't explain the level of professionalism we paid to receive either way we will continue to look for a company that will deliver our monies worth
