King Price must stop claiming to do whatever is super-humanly possible to help its customers, when they can't even do what is humanly possible to help.

King Price claims to do whatever is super-humanly possible to help its customers. This was not the case for me. I submitted a claim, but because I had forgotten that my policy had been taken over by my mother, I gave them my ID number, not hers. Now, a super-human would have told me that my ID number shows that the car I drive is under my mother's policy. But King Price did nothing to help me, and took so long to get back to me, that the window to log the claim had passed. I reported the car crash I was claiming for two days after the crash, but by the time they helped me, the time had lapsed and they denied me coverage. So I would appreciate it if King Price would stop claiming to do whatever is super-humanly possible to help its customers, when clearly they don't even try do what is humanly possible to help.

I've already logged a dispute and it was repudiated without clear reasons. All I am doing here is warning other people the King Price is not what it pretends to be.
