King Price.. more like Peasant Price!!!😤😡

I am truly disappointed in King Price Insurance. I was not happy with my vehicle repairs and requested King Price to extend my car hire for an extra 3 days while repairs are redone. Everything was agreed to over a telephone call, yet now after I received my vehicle I have received an Invoice from Europecar for the additional days. I have called King Price more than 3 times and have emailed multiple times, yet no one has bothered to get back to me. Even now after the case was handed over to the Ombudsman and I made them aware, still no attempt was made to sort this out. But when they want to sign you on to their insurance you get a million calls from different consultants. Now that there is a problem, I'm being ignored.

Besides this, King Price has also rejected to pay for damages to the other vehicle because my Financè was driving my car, and they now say that he is personally liable as the driver and must claim through his own insurance, why did I then have to mention him as secondary regular driver if they are going to come with nonsense like this.
