King Price misquoting customer

I called King Price on Tuesday for a quote on car insurance. The first salesman took my details and gave me a quote. I declined it. 2 hours later another salesmen from King Price called me to find out about why I declined and I explained that both the premium but more so the excess (R27 500) was too high. The 2nd offer was competitive and I asked to be emailed the documents to look over

I call yesterday (Wednesday) to follow up on yhe documents only to be met with the first salesman from the other day, who told me that the 2nd quote I got doesn’t sound right as he dealt with me previously . I then explain the 2nd offer but the Kyle, the guy who offered me a 2nd offer wasn’t around.

This morning Kyle calls me, only to tell me that he indeed misquoted me.

Please could King Price train their staff better cause this was unprofessional and not a great experience
