King Price Manga Manga business

I'm Mr Mngomezuku, a client of King Price insurance, on the 8th of December 2019 I had a minor accident with my car. I submitted a claim investigations where made and was told my claim will be processed to date nothing has been done they have not instructed the panel beater to start working on the car they don't call to update I have to continuesly make follow up calls which they promise to get back to me but they never do. This has become extremely frustrating as I now have to make daily calls to follow up with the claim. The delay is totally unreasonable King Price has has failed to deal with this adequately & has proven to me that the fish rots from the head as I have spoken to seniors but they have also failed to speed up my claim or have the decency to keep me updated with the claim.
