King Price looking for loopholes

Pathetic service. Once you aim, no one keeps you up to date on what's happening. It's been 3 weeks since my wife's accident and they're not even done finalizing the claim. I get the impression that they do not want to pay out/make repairs. Now there are problems with who the regular driver was and other BS. Bottom line - do NOT use King Price as your insurer, and do NOT add vehicles etc. via their app. PHONE so that there is a recording... The app changed me as both the owner and main driver of my wife's car. I didn't notice and I didn't get a policy amendment or updated policy document. Their app seems to have major problems... Admin also doesn't seem to be very good - on the day of the accident, they sent a towtruck with the driver details via SMS. The next day, King Price said they don't use that specific towing company and why we let the car go with them. I still have the SMS they sent, so... Needless to say, I am highly ****ed off and would not recommend this Mickey Mouse insurer to anyone.
