I contacted King Price Insurance over live chat self help portal and was greeted by Laurette ****samy. I raised my inquiry to Laurette and it was speedily and professionally dealt with with no hassles. My inquiry was directed to the department to further deal with the matter. Laurette sure did make the painful experience of resolving the matter a most pleasurable one. Thank you to Laurette for the kind assistance.
