King Price leaves you in the dark and not willing to help

King Price insurance left me to fend for myself was in a fender bender and they sent me to Auto Magic in Bellville to get my car repaired. First off auto magic was the worse place I have ever experienced next no communication from there part, then when I finally got my car back there was wires hanging in my radiator fan, I then called King Price and they said they can’t help me as apparently there was previous damage on my car that I was not aware of but no one ever told me about it and only found this out when I complained about the workmanship on my car. I then took it to a different place and got everything repaired but the fact that they just leave their customers to find out about problems on there car and the fact that they use Automagic as one of there go to Pannelbeaters makes me think where does there loyalty lay. I have now left them and will not ever go back.
