<p>After I had cancelled my policy with k p, ine of the senior managers called me to try and talk me out of the cancellation. He then, after cancelling in writing an on the phone, denied my cancellation. They went ahead and deducted the premium without my authority. After reporting them to the ombudsman, they paid part of my premium back. Be careful, they will try to trick you in any manner!</p>
