king price keeps billing me but I'm not insured wi

A couple of months ago I tried insuring with king price but then I did not take delivery of the car so I cancelled the contract before deductions were made. 2 months later I'm still getting billed and this is after I sent millions of emails and called to explain that I'm not insured with them. A lady called me explaining that I'm not on their records and yes they cancelled insurance but why am I still getting billed? I am beyond annoyed. I have to go to the bank all the time to reverse the debit order which is also time consuming and I don't want to be in bad books with my bank. STOP TAKING MY MONEY
