King Price is very unprofessional

I claimed at the beginning of April 2021. The vehicle was written of, due to be uneconomical to repair. I have been struggling for two weeks now for the documentation of Agreement of loss, registration paper, Id document en Chance of ownership to be collected for my claim to be finalized. The arrangement were that the documents were to be collected at 16:00 of 16 April 2021. Nobody came to collect it, and nobody called me to arrange for a new time and date. On Monday 19 April 2021 the courier company came to collect my documentation at my house at 10;00 am while I was at work without contacting me to say they are on their way to collect the documentation.

On Wednesday, 20 April 2021 I spoke to an employee and she said she will arrange that the documentation will be collected on Thursday 22 April 2021. Yet sad to say it did not happen. I still have my documentation, so my claim cannot be finalized and I cannot receive my money for the vehicle that has been written off.

Nobody that I was in contact with, has answered any of the emails I send out this week. I still don't know when I will receive my money or what the next step is. I am very unhappy with the service I received!! I think King Price is very unprofessional and is definitely not there to help their clients with good service.
