KING PRICE IS VERY BAD

So damn ****ed by this insurance company and trust me our case will go far because you are acting clever on me . I cancelled my insurance with kingprice and on top of that we even had an agreement that if I'm considering them I would like them to debit money month end but they instead choose to debit money on my account and I had nothing in my account . They debitedR10005 in my account and now FNB charged me R280 for overdraft in my account I spoke to RASHNA MISRA and promised to refund my money including the interest FNB charged me , I've sent the bank statement to her and she gave me a call telling me that she will go through the call and listen if I didn't agree to be debited , she then called later that day again and tell me that I've agreed that money must be debited so I asked that she must send me the voice record attachment on my e-mail, and guess what ? That was the last couple call I had with her, she has never called since that day . So dear king price since your a bigger institute that is having top lawyers for the sake of to abuse us as individuals, just know that I'll be the first and the last client you treat wrongfully.
