30 Apr 2024, 15:18As with all insurers your contract consists of the sales call, policy schedule and the terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the policy holder to read the terms and conditions in order to fami****ise themselves with the terms of cover and contact the insurer should they require clarity on the cover. This is in line with the policy holder protection rules and regulations.
