King Price is the worst and they will not make you feel Royal like they claim to be

From great experience to worst, last week King Price agent was very helpful but little did I know that it was all an act. They debited 3 times in one month (2 of which I did not authorize) and when I call to enquire I am told that "I will ask my senior and he will call you back", I have never received the call from the senior. I asked them to remove the cab assist as I do not need it and add the car hire. This started when they put that I am married and I told them I am single and my cover went up and I did not want it to go high, so he was trying to reduce the cover and by the look of things Ryan van der Merwe did not remove the cab assist and I am being charged more and he promised me that it will be less if I remove the "Cab assist". ..

When I opened the insurance I have asked to pay the initiation fee in 3 months but it went off all at once and when I talked to Masego all she says is "Do you want to cancel the cover" instead of helping me.
