King Price is the Worst

So i have been insured with KP from 2015 till this day, in Feb i hit a dog and my car needed to be fixed, the insurance tried every way on earth to runaway from fixing my car.The bumper was fixed after 4 months and when i got the car back it was making a knocking sound on the right from wheel, so i went back to the panel beaters and they showed me a document that an assessor came and cancelled about 10 things tgat needed to be fixed including the wheel alignment. So when i spoke to the assessor he was very rude hence he was using his cellphone so the call was not being recorded little did he know that my calls are recorded. He said i should send the car to a wheel alignment place and get a new report so when i did that he said the report is not legit, i asked them to tow the car back to the initial panel beater for a new report, still they werw not convinced and the concluded by saying i ahould fix the car myself. I am so furious because this is the sixth month without my car and they refused to fix it.If you have King Price Insurance just know you are not covered!!!!!
