King Price is the King of Lies

I took out insurance on my Galaxy S10e with King Price, and after being with them for some time, ran into the unfortunate situation, where I needed to claim. After days of deliberation, I thought I would finally be able to get another handset, and I've never claimed from any insurer before. I know I took out this insurance, on accidental damage, theft, and accidental loss. I was shocked to find out, that it was only captured as accidental screen damage protection, and not theft or anything else... I can't say, I'm not disappointed, with King Price. As this was such a waste of my time and money, that I am actually funding to think all these months I was paying this premium, and now that I need to claim, unfortunately, I was ****** at knifepoint of m phone, I'm not covered to another device... I'm going to cancel this insurance and I cannot understand for the life of me, that I would insure such an expensive phone for only screen damage... This is completely absurd. So I would advise anyone that has insurance with King Price, to please go to Oursurance or any other insurer, as you will just be wasting your money, with these guys... I'm really disappointed to think, that all this time I've been paying insurance on my device, and they knew, that I needed to claim, they would not cover my claim... That is how many of these insurers con you into taking insurance and then doing their utmost not to pay your claim.
