I would like to just commend KP insurance for being company that honestly knows how to not only service, but take care of their customer's needs.

My first accident claim was handled with the most great compassion I did not expect from a big company and all their consultants that helped me to get through this ordeal were amazing, always keeping me in the loop of my claim status.

Especially , the lady, Tebogo Selepe who handled the claim and kept me informed, every step of the way. Not only was she amazing, but a true professional and her approach gave me peace because she was friendly, compassionate and diligent all the time. I was able to comprehend all information needed even when I was still in shock and she even insisted on counselling, that I was not even sure I needed and it turns out I did.
