King Price is robbing me - deducting my excess fee off TWICE from payout amount!

King Price is robbing me! trying to deduct my excess fee twice from payment. I received the breakdown/calculations of the payment to be made which clearly shows and includes the deduction of my excess. However when payment was released, they deducted the excess fee AGAIN! It took me an entire day, going back and forth emailing the claims agent to make her see her mistake even though she was the one who compiled the breakdown and emailed it to me. The incorrect payment had already been paid and I was advised that a second payment of the additional/duplicate excess would be paid the next day. I called in today for POP of the second payment and they've now advised that the payment is rejected!!! REJECTED FOR WHAT???

Throughout the finalization of my claim, the claims agent was of no help, she was initially rude when I called as she did not update me on the progress of my claim and each time I called in, I was given a different story. I have asked to speak to a manager a few times and still have not heard from any of them.

I have been a client of King Price for a few years now, I have even referred friends to them and I've always spoke highly of them, so this is a total disappointment.
