KING PRICE IS RIDICULES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p class="MsoNormal">After I gave direct instructions for them NOT TO SETTLE the amount they want to settle, before I looked at the case and referred it to someone that has more knowledge behind situations like this.</p> <p> </p> <p class="MsoNormal">WHY ??????????? Why will King Price go ahead and settle it anyway??? I gave this instructions more than 2 weeks ago!! When King Price settled that amount why did NO ONE inform me before hand? It was settled without my knowledge and I saw on my account today that they went ahead with it???? I need feedback ASAP about this but then the women on the phone will tell me I can only receive feedback when Rhodney ( the man who investigated my claim) will be available.. Why not refer it to his manager who I also spoke to and gave instructions to put the settlement on hold. King Price has absolutely pathetic service!!!!! I must beg for things and I must follow up on everthing! WHY IS KING PRICE NOT CALLING THIER CLIENTS???????</p>
