King Price is pathetic, I will not recommend this useless insurance.
It's been 5 days since we logged a claim, with regards to a useless geyser installed with king price, It's not even 5 years, that useless geyser that has now burst, It is winter, my kids are suffering using cold water,. The useless call center agent are arrogant and lie. Please think twice before use this insurance, We might be called Serial geyser claimers, because king price install cheap ****, that gives up before the warranty, and we must go on paying the excess, because the has nothing to do with them.
PLEASE THINK TWICE, ITS REALLY NOT WORTH YOUR, TIME AND PHONES CALLS.
