KING PRICE IS NOT ROYAL SERVICE PROVIDER.

It is with a heave heart that I have to post the following I have never placed anything in my life on any platform about people but this is something people should know about, I have had a huge power surge due to a power station that exploded. I contacted King Price because during this event I lost 5 of my computers and a few other things, I have been trying to get feedback from the 20th of April 2021 and to my shock exactly on the 1st of this month they have taken their debit order. I have been asking for the person dealing with this matter to tell me what the outcome of this matter is and I was not contacted, every time that I have been told that this person will contact me it never happened. I was given a business card but none of the numbers is taking my calls. My claim number is CKP***/2 strange how people say the following. WE WILL HAVE TO CALL THE RATES AND TAX DEPARTMENT to confirm if the power was off, this made me feel like a ***** in my very own home, so MY GOOD IS GONE AND MY CLAIM IS DORMAT guys I highly advise that you do not make use of this service. if they can not deal with small claims how will they deal with car claims so many people has been rejected with car claims so the question here is how can you feel at ease with KING PRICE if you are not sure if you are really covered.
