King Price is not King when it comes to cancelling a policy or stopping a debit order!

I would like to share my experience with King Price insurance company and to warn potential clients: I got a quote for a motorbike which I was purchasing. The consultant said that I needed to "self inspect" the bike with pictures downloaded on their app when I take collection of the bike. When I tried the app, it didn't show any self inspect link. When I phoned after the weekend, I was told by another consultant that the self inspect was only available for cars and not bikes. She also informed me that I needed to take the bike to an inspection site 1 hour's drive from my home. I was really upset and cancelled the policy telephonically and also send a follow up email, informing them that I decided to cancel the policy and that I demand a refund of the proportional debit order that were already collected from my account. Needless to say it didn't happen and I had to cancel the debit order at my bank. Then the real surprise! They again collected a debit order today from my bank account for the new month in spite of my instructions to them (in follow up to the original cancellation email, I send another 2 emails to their client services confirming that I didn't want to do business with them. Stay clear of this company!
