King Price is money hungry and dont want to cancel a policy
In August 2018 I took an insurance policy with King Price. On 6 Sept Ive lost my job and requested a cancellation. The consultant suggested that I put it on hold until I find something else date being 1 Dec 2018. On the 22 Nov Ive informed Norman that Im still unemployed and to please go ahead with the cancellation. Yes they've ran 2 debit orders on the 1st of Dec costing me R200 in unpaid debit order. On the 27th Dec they ran the 2 debit orders again resulting in another 2 unpaid debit orders and R200 in unpaid debits again. I had to close my cheque account now to prevent further debits. So frustrating.
