King Price is King of Service

Great service these days is hard to come by but King Price is exceptional when it comes to service. The call lines get answered immediately, the call centre agents are friendly, fast, efficient and know their stuff. Today Dane Governder, helped me to move my debit order for my car insurance and offered to help me update my policy. When updating my policy he wasn't happy with the original revised amount that came in and so he spoke to he supervisor to get me an even lower premium. Confirmation SMS of the changes as well as the update policy via email came through while I was still on the phone. Simple, easy service with the customer and their time at the centre. Thank you for all your assistants Dane, you were fantastic! King Price keep it up!
