King Price is King of Insurance

Good Day, my name is Ebrahim Johnson, and I was insured with King Price Insurance... I took out insurance on my Samsung S10e some time back, and I was under the impression, that I'm insuring my device for Theft and damage to the screen and so on, So in the event, that if I lose my device, or the screen breaks, I'll be able to claim for a new device, or even fix the screen. On the 1st of November 2021, I was ****** at knifepoint from my phone, and I was seriously thinking, I'm not going to be able to get my device back. I saw I still had insurance with King Price, and Called them, only to find out, that I only had screen protection insurance on my phone. This was very strange to me, as my device was very expensive, and I would never take out only a screen damage cover. This would not make sense to me... So the device was gone, and King Price told me unfortunately they would not be able to cover me for this claim...

I was very disappointed to know that after months of paying my premiums, and I never claimed with any insurer in my life before, I could not even get my device back... Anyway, I had to accept the fact, that I will not get my device back and go about my life.

Today, I get an email From Carmen Stellenberg - Teams Claims Commander... I was seriously not in the mood for King Price People, I thought, as this will just going to be another disappointing encounter with them. They actually told me that they looked into my claim and will replace my device with a brand new Samsung S20 Fe Ds !!! How crazy is that... I could not believe my ears... I appreciate you guys, now I'll say it to everyone I know, King Price is the Best!!! They really look into the claims and they are really the best at customer service
