King Price is hell of a insurance when comes to claim

I have a challenge with king price insurance having a curtisy car with them is hell they want to know were I go and my mileage per day while it was not written in they contract they service is hell.I was involved in an accident 18 December 2023 till today I’m being told they’re finalising been waiting till then .The questions they asked my whereabouts and why I traveled some distance doesnt make sense to me as if I’m not supposed to travel longer distances.I’m force to agree to questions which are not true.I have answered honestly and sincerely through out the questions.I’m honestly disappointed with the service and treatment.The person handling my claim doesn’t answer my calls .I have asked him to send me my contracts hasn’t sent it.
