King Price is hardly an insurance

I had an accident on the 3rd of February 2015 ,King Price towed my car because I am insured with them . After a few weeks of reminding to speed up the assessment , claim ,Ellmarie informed me that ,Yes my car was repairable and would cost in the region of 28 000 to repair . I then suggest a workshop for my car to be repaired at , citing the reason that I I knew I could trust them to repair my car within a reasonable amount of time , since time had passed and the rented car would soon have to be returned , same guys authorized by them to tow away my car . Ellmarie promised to speak to his manager to authorize . A few days later , on Friday 13th , Ellmarie called to apologise on taking so long I enquired on whether my car was in the process of being repaired . she said NO , asked me if I was aware of any judgement under my name , I said yes , I might ,she said \Well we don't COVER people who are Blacklisted!LIKE REALLY .....STOP THAT ISH ALREADY . YOU'LL ACCEPT PAYMENTS FROM BLACKLISTED CLIENTS AND SCAN THEM WHEN THEY HAVE AN ACCIDENT? THEYLL PROBABLY JUST DRIVE INTO A TREE OR WHAT? What is INSURANCE for ?Kingprice Ombudsman wont even acknowledge receipt of my complaint! "
