King price is giving me hard time with my claim

I was involved in an accident on the 11th of December 2021. Since then King Price has been giving me a run around with out finalising the claim. They are asking me information that is not related to the accident like the ITC of my family members, the proof of payment of my salary on the day of the accident, the information of all my whereabouts on the day of the accident and the previous day, all the people i was in contact with and etc. I feel like they are trying to get a reason not to pay the claim. Since they are not focusing on the actual accident, I have given them the accident report as well as the relevant information. I am really not happy with their service. It feels like their primary purpose is to make sure that the don’t settle the claims.
