King price is dropping standards

The experience with I just had with king price, what a nightmare. I'm told my warranty claim is rejected because my manifold is not part of the turbo yet my invoice and diagnostic report stipulates the fault is turbo, I sent an email on the 4/03/2023 with my report and now they telling me the person who was assigned was not available hence it was passed on to someone else, when I forward the email I sent with the attachment's they now accusing me of adding an additional document, I would not advise anyone to trust them
