King Price is disrespectful

King Price rejected my claim because I did not take the car for assessment when I took up the insurance in November last year,thus yesterday the car was towed back to my house from the panel beaters. However the car was in a worst condition than it was when it left my house. The car had a scratch/dent on the front left side of the bumper, however they brought it back with the whole bumper out including the front grill. I have never felt so disrespected in my life, they actually expected me to put back everything they took out. I now have to pay for the rental out of my own pocket because when they rejected the car, I had to take back the rental even though it's their fault that I don't have a car currently.
