King Price is ******!!!
Firstly KP could not manage to refund my excess even though all the camera footage, details of person responsible for accident was provided (This is a year and half ago). Secondly, they charged me the excess even though I was over 45 (which in the contract states : NO excess over 45) Thirdly, when I cancelled my policy, they deducted an EXTRA R1000 with the last stop order. (nobody up until today can tell me what that was for)

Please note an excess recovery is a legal process of which success is not guaranteed. We have many excess options, unfortunately in order to enjoy a zero excess you would have needed to pay an additional premium applicable to that type of excess option. 05 Feb 2024, 12:38Also note that there is no communication from your side regarding the legal process. Unfortunately it is stated on my policy (which I discovered later) that over 45 there is no excess. And it is not 'n premium dispute, it is in fact deducting more after I cancelled my policy.
